Below are details of some preferential rates for accommodation in the Dartmouth area. These are from the local tourist board and from the Britannia Association. Please note, that to get some of the preferential rates, you may need to be a member of the Britannia Association.

FOR A BOOKING OF 15 rooms, we can offer you a group discount of 10%, so the new rate will be –
- Double occupancy - £207.00
- Single occupancy £176.00
- Single room - £140.00 only one available
We do not have enough of one room type for all the rooms to be the same, but we give you a mix of rooms, included upgraded rooms.
From May 2015, we will have some brand new rooms, Deluxe Balcony Rooms, should any of you clients wish to upgrade, the discounted (10%) prices for these are as follows –
- Double occupancy - £333.00
- Single occupancy - £284.00
All accommodation includes free use of the health spa, with indoor pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and gym and also free wifi.
Our Deposit / Cancellation Terms –
To confirm the booking we would need a 25% deposit, which will be refunded to you if cancelled more than 28 days prior to the event, if cancelled 7-28 days before the event we would keep the deposit, if cancelled with less than 7 days prior to the event we would charge a further 25% of the booking.
